  • Somatic Emotional Release is a therapeutic process that helps rid the mind and body of residual effects of the past.

  • Reflexology works with the body’s energy flow to stimulate self-healing and maintain balance. This technique is used to reduce pain and increase relaxation. This helps stimulate circulation of blood and lymphatic fluids. Excellent therapy when the body is traumatized or diseased to the extent that direct manipulation is not appropriate.

  • In your home, residual negative energy can disrupt the peaceful environment you may want to have. Freeing these areas creates a loving and harmonious space that supports your health and well being!

  • Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils from plants for healing. Each contains its own mix of active ingredients, and this mix determines what the oil is used for. Some oils are used to promote physical healing — for example, to treat swelling or fungal infections. Others are used for their emotional value — they may enhance relaxation or make a room smell pleasant. Orange blossom oil, for example, contains a large amount of an active ingredient that is thought to be calming.

  • Craniosacral Therapy encourages the body’s natural healing mechanisms to improve the functioning of the central nervous system, dissipate the negative effects of stress, and enhance health and resistance to disease.

  • Varied size cups are used to create a vacuum massage, mimicking the rolling action of deep tissue massage without the discomfort. The movement may be long and/or circular, stimulating stubborn knots and areas of rigid tissue. The increased local blood supply to the muscles and skin will bring nourishment and allow for toxins to be carried away via the veins. The sensation is truly indescribable! People often describe a deep warmth, and a tingling sensation long after the treatment has ended.

  • Myofascial Release is a hands on therapy that is safe and effective in helping eliminate pain and restore range of motion. A technique that loosens and frees (fascia) connective tissue often associated with injuries and other sustained physical trauma.

  • Oncology massage uses lymphatic massage techniques the vehicle to safely work with complications of cancer and cancer treatment.

  • Traditional Chinese medical treatment in which skin is scraped to produce light bruising. Practitioners believe Gua Sha releases unhealthy elements from injured areas and stimulates blood flow and healing.

Reiki & Shamatic Healing

These alternatives modalities offer an approach to wellbeing grounded in healing through connection with natural energy.

Modalities

  • Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

  • Native American and other ancient cultural practices that work with Nature.

  • Correcting and directing Universal Life Force Energy to help stabilize and balance spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical well being!
